Soccer Manager.com Gedragscode

Door u te registreren bij SoccerManager.com en het te spelen gaat u automatisch akkoord met de Gedragscode.

It is your responsibility to know, understand and abide by this Code of Conduct.

The following rules are not meant to be exhaustive, and SoccerManager.com reserves the right to determine which conduct it considers to be outside the spirit of the game and to take such disciplinary measures as it sees fit up to and including termination and deletion of the account.

Voorwaarden

1. Usernames:

Each user is required to choose a name on registering and this can then be seen by others using the site. In particular, you may not use any username:

  1. Behorende aan een ander persoon met de intentie om zich als deze persoon voor te doen;
  2. Referring to and/or trying to impersonate SoccerManager.com or any of its products, including the SMFA;
  3. That incorporates vulgar language or which are otherwise offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
  4. Gerelateerd aan drugs, sex, alcohol of criminele activiteiten.

If SoccerManager.com finds such a name to be offensive or improper, it may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change the name, and take the appropriate action against and/or suspend your account.

2. Meerdere Accounts:

You are only allowed one club in any Spel Wereld. If SoccerManager.com believe that you have more than one account in any Spel Wereld (linked to point 3), it may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take the appropriate action against and/or suspend your account.

3. Transfermarkt:

Er zijn verschillende manieren waarop je verdacht kunt zijn dat je de regels hebt overtreden in relatie tot de transfermarkt:

  1. Using multiple accounts (linked to point 2) to manipulate the transfer market (also linked to points 3b, 3c, 3d & 3e);
  2. Agreeing to sell a player to another manager in one Spel Wereld in return to them selling you a player in another Spel Werelden;
  3. Joining a Spel Wereld you are currently a manager in or a friend is a manager in to prevent another manager from purchasing a player (linked to point 2);
  4. Joining a Spel Wereld you are currently a manager in or a friend is a manager in to release a player as a free agent so that they can be purchased by another club (linked to point 2);
  5. Joining a Spel Wereld you are currently a manager in or a friend is a manager in to transfer a player in/out to benefit one club (linked to point 2);
  6. Planning to leave a Spel Wereld you are currently a manager in and transfer a player in/out to benefit one club, and then resign from the club in question once the transfer is completed (linked to point 2);
  7. Agreeing via Private Message to buy/sell a player(s) with another manager, and then fail to buy/sell your player(s) once you have bought/sold to them (linked to point 7).

If SoccerManager.com believe that you have broken the rules in relation to the transfer market, it may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take the appropriate action against and/or suspend your account.

4. Match Results:

Er zijn verschillende manieren waarin je kan worden geclassificeerd als regelbreker in relatie tot wedstrijd resultaten:

  1. Joining a Spel Wereld you are currently a manager in or a friend is a manager in to fix results by playing a weakened team (linked to point 2);
  2. Joining a Spel Wereld you are currently a manager in or a friend is a manager in to fix results by playing players out of position (linked to point 2).

If SoccerManager.com believe that you have broken the rules in relation to the match results, it may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take the appropriate action against and/or suspend your account.

5. Huren:

If SoccerManager.com believe that you have joined a Spel Wereld you are currently a manager in or a friend is a manager in to loan in/out players to save the club money in relation to wages (linked to point 2), it may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take the appropriate action against and/or suspend your account.

6. Club Hopping:

If SoccerManager.com believe that you are club hopping (relation to points 2 to 5), it may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take the appropriate action against and/or suspend your account.

7. Agreements:

If SoccerManager.com believe that have made an agreement via Private Message to buy/sell a player(s) with another manager, and then fail to buy/sell your player(s) once you have bought/sold to them, it may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take the appropriate action against and/or suspend your account.

8. Zelfgemaakte Spel Wereld:

If you are the owner of a Zelfgemaakte Spel Wereld you cannot abuse the privileges which go with it by:

  1. Making threats towards another manager to conduct transfers with you;
  2. Threatening to sack any manager or are abusive towards them in the hope that they resign;
  3. Requesting a manager to buy a player from your club or sell a player to your club if you allow them to enter your Zelfgemaakte Spel Wereld.

If SoccerManager.com believe that you have abused the privileges which go with a Zelfgemaakte Spel Wereld, it may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take the appropriate action against and/or suspend your account.

9. Privéberichten:

The following forms of Privébericht are deemed as unacceptable:

  1. Threatening in nature;
  2. Harass, threaten, or cause distress or discomfort;
  3. Incorporates vulgar language or which are otherwise offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
  4. Gerelateerd aan drugs, sex, alcohol of criminele activiteiten;
  5. Impersonate the SMFA or any other SoccerManager.com employee.

If SoccerManager.com believe that you have sent unacceptable Private Messages, it may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take the appropriate action against and/or suspend your account.

10. Spel Wereld Newspaper:

The following newspaper articles are deemed as unacceptable:

  1. Threatening in nature;
  2. Harass, threaten, or cause distress or discomfort;
  3. Incorporates vulgar language or which are otherwise offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
  4. Gerelateerd aan drugs, sex, alcohol of criminele activiteiten;
  5. Impersonate the SMFA or any other SoccerManager.com employee.

If SoccerManager.com believe that you have written unacceptable newspaper articles, it may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take the appropriate action against and/or suspend your account.

11. Fanclubs:

The following comments and/or threads are deemed as unacceptable:

  1. Threatening in nature;
  2. Harass, threaten, or cause distress or discomfort;
  3. Incorporates vulgar language or which are otherwise offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
  4. Gerelateerd aan drugs, sex, alcohol of criminele activiteiten;
  5. Impersonate the SMFA or any other SoccerManager.com employee.

If SoccerManager.com believe that you have posted unacceptable comments and/or threads, it may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take the appropriate action against and/or suspend your account.

12. Errors/Loopholes:

If SoccerManager.com believe that you have exploited any errors or loopholes within the site to gain an unfair advantage over other members, it may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take the appropriate action against and/or suspend your account.
