Het merendeel van de divisies heeft 'Promotie Play-Offs' om te bepalen wie er promoveert naar de volgende afdeling in de divisie piramide. Het kan één wedstrijd zijn of een serie van wedstrijden gespeeld nadat het normale seizoen voorbij is, bedoeld om te bepalen wie promoveert samen met de clubs die automatische promotie veilig hebben gesteld.

For Standaard Spelwerelden (excluding Zelfgemaakte Spelwerelden as there is an option within ‘Advanced Rules’ of whether to include them or not) this means that the teams finishing in the play off places will contest the ‘Promotion Play-Offs’.

The semi-finals will be a one off match, with 6th playing 3rd and 5th playing 4th for example, and the home team being the higher placed team. The Final will be played at a neutral stadium and again would be a one off match, with the winner securing promotion to the next tier of the league pyramid.
